Cara founded Caravan to make outdoor experiences feel hassle free. She brings years of experience leading group trips and designing itineraries—from local day hikes to a 54-day road trip driving from Michigan to Alaska.
Outside of spending time on the trail, you can find Cara at mat pilates, exploring the NYC food scene, & spending time with friends.
Bhushan P.
San Diego, CA

Bhushan is 27 years old and has lived in New York City for a year and a half. He grew up enjoying the outdoors, whether at the beach or hiking in the mountains.
A bit of an adrenaline junkie, his favorite activities include snowboarding and riding motorcycles. At the same time, he loves getting drinks and spending time with friends in the city.

Noelle loves spending time outdoors no matter the altitude. After growing up hiking in the Swiss Alps and the Smokies, she’s passionate about sharing her love of nature with others.
Though she thrives in the ocean as a certified PADI Rescue Diver, her favorite place outside is Graubünden with her family. In her free time, you’ll find her at run clubs, ranking bakeries and coffee shops on Beli, or spending time with friends.

From 12 summers at camp to staffing a 7-week trek in Alaska, Hannah is no stranger to the trail.
Hannah spends her work week at Wellhub, helping make wellness more accessible. After a few months of digital nomading in Denver and Austin, she settled in Williamsburg. When she isn’t outside, you can usually find her taking a solidcore class, enjoying a Y7 flow, starting a new DIY project, or scouting the best coffee in the city.
Maddy Buell
Durham, NC
Rutgers University
Maddy grew up hiking and camping in the White Mountains and spent 9 summers as both a camper and counselor at Maine summer camps.
In 2020, she completed a NOLS semester exploring remote deserts in the American Southwest. Her favorite place outdoors is the slopes at Alta, usually catching the last chair after Alta Bomb. In the city, she loves a long run followed by games at the pub with friends.

Katie’s passion for the outdoors started at camp in northern Ontario, leading her to many adventures in nature. She has staffed multi-day canoe trips, hiked across Appalachian Ohio, and spent 7 days backcountry camping in Big Bend National Park.
When she isn’t outside, you can find her with a good book, exploring the various vintage stores in the city, or spending time with friends.

Indianapolis, Indiana

A late bloomer to the outdoors, Caroline found the trail in 2018 and never looked back. She’s happiest cooking over a campfire and laughing on the trail.
After seasons working as a wrangler in the Rockies and guiding backpacking trips in Vermont’s White Mountains, she recently landed in New York and now escapes to the Catskills and Poconos whenever she can. Her mantra: “Peace be the journey.”
