How it works

  • People explore the mountain in small groups or at their own pace, but you’ll never feel alone — most guests come solo, and our guides are easy to find if you need help or want someone to link up with.

    We all reconnect for Après at ~2:30 PM, then meet again at 4:00 PM to load the bus.

  • All levels are welcome — from first-timers to advanced skiers and riders.

  • You can reserve a spot by booking either:

    • A single-day ticket (released 5 weeks before each trip), or

    • A 3-Trip Package, which you can reserve today and lock in your dates early.

    Once you check out, your spot is guaranteed.

  • Yes, all Caravan ski trips this season go to Camelback Mountain, chosen for its great terrain variety, beginner areas, and consistent group availability.

  • Each of our tickets have a rental option! Provide us with your information & your rental will be waiting for you at the mountain.

  • About 90 minutes each way. We meet at 8:00 AM in Washington Square Park and leave the mountain at 4:00 PM, getting back to NYC around 6:00 PM, depending on traffic.

  • All trips are non-refundable and non-transferable once booked because we secure buses, lift tickets, and provide skier info to the mountain. Lift tickets without rentals can be transferred.

    However, in the rare case of extreme weather where the cannot ski, we will try our best to get you on the next trip or refund your trip.
