The Caravan 3-Trip Package gives you guaranteed spots on three winter ski trips to Camelback Mountain. Please review all booking requirements before purchasing.
Important Before-You-Book Information
Your date selections are final. Trip dates cannot be changed after purchase due to limited capacity.
Tickets with Rentals are Non-transferable. Packages and individual trip tickets cannot be transferred to another person.
Must be purchased at least 2 weeks before your first trip. This ensures we can secure lift tickets, rentals, and logistics.
If purchased after the season has fewer than 3 trips remaining, you will not be able to “save” unused trips or roll them into next year.
Weather cancellations: If Caravan is required to cancel due to severe conditions, we’ll do our best to reschedule you onto another trip if capacity allows.
We allow Ikon Pass holders to purchase a non-rental ticket — which includes breakfast and full-day transportation. Please ensure your Ikon Pass meets the eligibility requirements listed on the Ikon Pass destination page. Caravan is not responsible for any Ikon Pass issues, restrictions, or access limitations.

We meet at 8:00 AM in Washington Square Park and return around 6:00 PM. Full trip details will be emailed as each date approaches.
